Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CCC Co-Pilot, operated by Mason Whitaker ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

CCC Co-Pilot is a web-based AI documentation tool that assists automotive service professionals in writing complete and accurate Complaint, Cause, and Correction (CCC) entries for vehicle repair orders. The Service is accessible at my.ccccopilot.com and is authorized on a per-location basis using IP address authentication.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Access to CCC Co-Pilot requires a paid monthly subscription at $199.84 per month per location.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused access, or cancellations mid-billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

3. Access and Authentication

Access to the Service is authenticated by your shop's IP address. You are responsible for ensuring that your IP address is correctly registered and for notifying us of any IP address changes. We are not responsible for loss of access due to IP address changes made by your internet service provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CCC Co-Pilot only for its intended purpose — documenting automotive repair orders in a professional context. You agree not to:

• Share your subscription access with other locations or businesses without purchasing additional subscriptions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service or its underlying prompts and logic
• Use the Service to process personal information beyond what is necessary for repair order documentation
• Use automated scripts or bots to make requests to the Service
• Attempt to circumvent IP-based authentication or other security measures

5. AI-Generated Content

CCC Co-Pilot uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, questions, and rewritten text. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All output should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in an official repair order.
• CCC Co-Pilot is a documentation assistance tool, not a substitute for professional automotive expertise or judgment.
• We are not responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of AI-generated content in repair orders, warranty claims, legal proceedings, or any other context.
• The Service is provided as a tool to assist professionals — final responsibility for repair order accuracy rests with the user.

6. Intellectual Property

CCC Co-Pilot, including its software, design, prompts, and underlying logic, is the proprietary property of Mason Whitaker and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A US patent application is currently pending. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription period.

You retain ownership of all repair order content you enter into the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MASON WHITAKER AND CCC CO-PILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
